This page explains how to request deletion of personal information connected with the Vallora State website or Vallora State Automation (Meta App ID 1568602368391447).
Vallora State Automation currently supports authorized management of Vallora-owned Meta business and advertising assets. It is not currently offered as a public Facebook Login service. If a Vallora State connection appears in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or if you believe Vallora State holds personal information about you, you may still use the process below.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@shooshcloud.com.
- Use the subject line Vallora State Data Deletion Request.
- State whether the request concerns a Vallora State email membership, website interaction, Facebook or Instagram connection, or another Vallora State service.
- Provide the email address or account identifier associated with the request and enough detail for us to locate the relevant record.
Do not send your password, one-time code, access token, payment-card information, or a copy of an identity document unless Vallora State later explains why a specific verification step is legally necessary.
What happens next
Vallora State will:
- acknowledge the request and, where necessary, ask for limited information to verify that it relates to you;
- search the Vallora-controlled systems reasonably connected with the request;
- delete or de-identify personal information that Vallora State is required or able to delete and instruct relevant service providers where appropriate; and
- confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retaining it.
We aim to respond within 30 days. A longer period may apply when a request is unusually complex, when additional verification is necessary, or when applicable law permits an extension. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or proof that a deletion request was completed.
Removing a platform connection
If Vallora State Automation appears in your Facebook account, you may also remove it through Facebook's Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites controls. Removing a platform connection may stop future access, but it may not by itself delete information already held by Vallora State; use the email process above if you also want a deletion request reviewed.
