These Terms of Service govern your use of vallorastate.co and the Vallora State pages, membership features, media, and related online services that link to these Terms. By using those services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. About Vallora State
Vallora State is a media and storytelling project that publishes films, stories, and updates from a village in the mountains. The website may also provide links to official Vallora State accounts or content on third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You may use the services only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian's permission, you may use the services only with that permission.
You agree not to:
- use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with the website, membership system, security, analytics, or connected services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, credentials, systems, or data;
- impersonate Vallora State or falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation;
- upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or material that violates another person's rights; or
- copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the services or their content without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Content and intellectual property
The films, photographs, text, graphics, logos, site design, and other original Vallora State materials are owned by Vallora State or used with permission. You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other licence is granted unless Vallora State agrees in writing or applicable law provides one.
Third-party names, trademarks, media, and platform features remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Email membership
If you subscribe, you agree to provide an email address you are entitled to use. Vallora State may send the updates you requested and service messages needed to operate the membership. You may unsubscribe at any time through an email's unsubscribe control or by contacting us.
You are responsible for protecting any sign-in link or account access sent to your email address. Notify us if you believe your membership access has been misused.
5. Messages, feedback, and submissions
You remain responsible for material you send to Vallora State and must have the right to send it. Do not send confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive information.
Unless we agree otherwise, general ideas or feedback may be used to improve Vallora State without an obligation to compensate you. This does not give Vallora State ownership of your personal information or of material protected by rights you retain.
6. Third-party services
The services may embed or link to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Ghost, Google, and other third-party services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and decisions are controlled by them, not Vallora State. A link or embed does not guarantee or imply endorsement of all third-party content.
7. Advertising and measurement
Vallora State may use lawful, platform-compliant advertising and measurement to help real people discover its content. Vallora State does not authorize artificial, automated, hidden, forced, purchased, or incentivized engagement. Campaign-source information and interaction events may be measured as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature or item of content. We aim to keep the services accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any film or page, or that every error will be corrected immediately.
9. General information only
Vallora State content is provided for storytelling and general information. It is not medical, legal, financial, safety, agricultural, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your own circumstances and appropriate professional guidance.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Vallora State is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services or third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
11. Suspension or termination
Vallora State may restrict access to a service when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, security, legal compliance, or the integrity of the service. You may stop using the services or unsubscribe at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the services or applicable requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory rights you may have where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue directly.
