This Privacy Policy explains how Vallora State collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit vallorastate.co, subscribe for updates, contact us, watch embedded media, follow links from our pages, or interact with a Vallora State service that uses Meta technology.
Vallora State is the operator responsible for the activities described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@shooshcloud.com.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Vallora State website, its email membership features, and Vallora State Automation (Meta App ID 1568602368391447). It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or Ghost when you use their services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Your email address and membership status when you subscribe for Vallora State updates.
- The content of messages, questions, feedback, or requests you send to us.
- Information reasonably needed to verify and complete an access, correction, objection, or deletion request.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card information, access tokens, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Website, device, and measurement information
When the website loads, Vallora State and its service providers may process technical and usage information such as an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, campaign or source tags, and events such as a video start or an outbound YouTube click.
The website currently uses Ghost's publishing, membership, email, and native analytics services and Google Analytics measurement ID G-7CXP62T2D0. These services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. You can limit these technologies through your browser or device settings, although some membership and site features may then work differently.
Video and third-party links
Pages may embed YouTube videos or link to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other third-party services. Those providers may receive technical information when their content loads or when you follow a link, and they process that information under their own policies and settings.
Meta business integration information
Authorized Vallora State administrators use Vallora State Automation to manage Vallora-owned Meta business assets and advertising activity. For that purpose, the app may process business, Page, Instagram professional account, ad-account, campaign, ad-set, creative, delivery, and performance identifiers or records, together with access-scope and technical audit information needed to operate and secure the integration.
Vallora State Automation is not currently offered as a public Facebook Login service. It does not intentionally collect friends lists, private messages, or unrelated personal profiles.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and its membership features;
- deliver updates you requested and manage subscriptions or unsubscribes;
- understand which stories and campaigns help real people discover and use Vallora State;
- measure website visits, video interactions, and outbound links;
- create, manage, measure, and audit Vallora-owned advertising through authorized platform integrations;
- respond to questions, privacy requests, security incidents, and legal obligations; and
- prevent fraud, abuse, artificial engagement, or unauthorized access.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Vallora State relies on consent, performance of a service or request, legitimate interests in operating and securing its media and business systems, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate to the activity.
4. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably needed with:
- Ghost and related hosting, membership, analytics, and email-delivery services;
- Google and YouTube for analytics, embedded video, and outbound viewing;
- Meta for authorized management and measurement of Vallora-owned Facebook, Instagram, and advertising assets;
- infrastructure, security, and technical service providers acting for Vallora State; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Vallora State does not accept payment for personal information. Some privacy laws define certain analytics or advertising disclosures more broadly; where those laws apply, you may contact us to exercise any available opt-out right.
5. International processing
Vallora State and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. Third-party providers' own privacy notices describe their transfer practices in more detail.
6. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operating the requested service, maintaining security and audit records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Subscription information is normally kept while your membership is active and for a limited period afterward where needed for suppression, security, or legal records. Platform and analytics information is also subject to the retention settings and policies of the relevant provider.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information connected with Vallora State has been compromised, contact us promptly.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may unsubscribe from email updates using the unsubscribe control in an email or by contacting us.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@shooshcloud.com. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Children's privacy
Vallora State does not knowingly use the website or Meta integration to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so that we can review and address it.
10. Data deletion
Instructions for requesting deletion are available at vallorastate.co/data-deletion/.
